Kelly King, our Vice President of Client Relations, went to the 25th Annual Florida Rural Health Education Summit at the beginning of March. Presented by the Florida Rural Health Association, the event brought together members of the Florida healthcare community to foster discussion about healthcare in rural areas.
Kelly took a few moments and shared her thoughts with us:
“The Florida Rural Health Education Summit was well attended by CEOs, physicians, program directors, public health administrators and other community leaders in the effort to improve population health in Rural Florida.
Held at the beautiful campus at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, it was deemed a huge success by all that were there.
Vendors supplied information from all areas of healthcare, as did Stat Staff Professionals, which specializes in the staffing of rural health facilities in states dealing with shortages and retention issues for both nurses and allied healthcare professionals.
Solutions were the main focus, and I believe that great connections were made at this fine event.”
Kelly is always available to talk about the challenges facing staffing healthcare in rural communities. Feel free to reach out to Kelly HERE to talk about how we can bring solutions to your challenges.
We want to thank the Florida Rural Health Association for hosting the event and look forward to collaborating with them in the future. To learn more about the Association, visit their website.
