Win $1,000 with Stat Staff’s Referral Contest

Date published: August 19, 2019

From now until the end of October, in addition to offering a referral incentive upon contract completion, Stat Staff Professionals is offering an extra $1,000 bonus for referring the most nurses and allied health professionals to become contract employees.

If you’re a current Stat Staff employee, you receive $1,000 for every clinical employee you refer who completes a 13-week contract with Stat Staff.

This referral incentive is also open to non-Stat Staff employees.  For everyone you refer who completes a 13-week contract with Stat Staff, you receive $500.

And whether you’re a current Stat Staff employee or not, the additional $1,000 is available to you.  Just refer the most people before the end of October, and that extra bonus is yours*.

Just remember, to get your bonus, your friend needs to let Stat Staff know that you were the referrer.  If they don’t name drop you to the recruiters, then your referral won’t be counted.

*Terms and conditions apply.  See the contest rules below for eligibility requirements.

Terms and Conditions

    • The caregiver referred must note the referrer on their application.
    • Number of referrals for the contest based on the number of referrals who sign a contract.
    • Referrals only counted if they sign a contract before October 31st, 2019.
    • At least two referrals meeting the criteria noted above must be made to qualify.
    • If there is a tie, both referrers will receive the bonus.
    • The referral must be new talent.   Caregivers currently under contract with any of our subcontractor partners at any of our MSP facilities do not qualify and should not be referred to Stat Staff.
    • Payment will be reported using the form 1099 for non-employees who have received a referral reward in the amount exceeding $600.00 in the same calendar year.  Employee referral reward payments are subject to all applicable state, federal and FICA taxes (which will be deducted), and will be reported as part of the employee's yearly earned income.  Please consult your tax adviser for questions pertaining to the tax treatment of referral bonuses.
