Rules: Each RN referral submitted below is one step closer to winning the prize of an Apple Watch! At Davin Healthcare, we have chosen a prize that is centered around wellness and technology because we understand that taking care of others begins with making sure you are taking care of yourself first.
- There is no capped limit on how many you can refer, the more the merrier! Please note that our professional team of Credentialing Specialists will be checking each referral that is submitted to ensure legitimacy of licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state provided.
- The individual who has submitted the most referrals during this timeframe will be announced on Monday, November 1st, 2021, as the winner of Davin’s RN Refer-a-Thon.
- BONUS! RN Refer-a-Thon works hand in hand with our increased Referral Bonus Incentive, meaning, if the RN who is referred completes a contract with Davin Healthcare, $1,500 (for Davin employees) or $1,000 (non-Davin employees) will be paid out at the end of their contract date. - Current employees must have been on active payroll within the 90 days preceding the completion of the assignment by the referred caregiver to be eligible for the employee referral amount.
