Last Friday, Stat Staff Professionals, along with the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce, sponsored the first annual Healthcare Education Summit in Saratoga Springs, NY. The event, held at the Embassy Suites, hosted seven colleges from around the country. Each college was there to talk with students about the healthcare education programs that they offer.
The event kicked off with a roundtable discussion lead by Stat Staff’s CEO and Founder, David Theobald, MS, RN, about the importance of higher levels of education in the healthcare field and the various avenues each college and university are taking to ensure the successful future of healthcare.
The summit was capped off with a talk by American Sentinel University CEO, Dr. Rick Oliver. His presentation took an in-depth look at the rapidly changing technology in the healthcare field and the importance of ahead-of-the-curve education.
Representatives from American Sentinel University, Chamberlain University, Empire State College, Hudson Valley Community College, Quinnipiac University, Siena College, and Utica College were in attendance. We want to thank them for taking the time to come out and discuss the benefits of their programs.
And most of all, Stat Staff wants to thank all of those that came out to the event and look forward to next year’s Healthcare Education Summit.
