Staff Professionals, Inc. is thrilled to announce our new and enhanced education benefits for 2019!!

We now partner with the ANCC in providing our nurses with the opportunity to participate in their Success Pays Program® to obtain a specialty certification! This program provides you with the ability to obtain a specialty certification without the financial burden or pressure to pass the first time. Nurses are given a chance to take the exam a second time, if needed, without any additional fee. This program is different from our other professional development benefits because you don’t have to pay upfront. Stat Staff will cover the cost directly to the ANCC. Stat Staff also joined the BCEN® “Yes You Can!” Voucher Program. This provides our Emergency Care nurses with the ability to take a certification without any out of pocket expense to the nurse, thus eliminating the need to submit for reimbursement! Eligible employees who are interested and ready to sit for an exam will be given a personal voucher number to use when applying for the Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN®), Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse (CPEN®), or Trauma Certified Registered Nurse (TCRN®).  

Stat Staff increased the tuition reimbursement amount. Combine that with one of our school partners’ discounted tuition, and you can obtain your BSN, MSN, NP or DNP through one of the following distinguished schools for an affordable price. We currently partner with six schools that each provide unique degree programs and discounts. Throughout this year, we will continue to connect with more schools and expand our partnerships. Our partnerships include American Sentinel University, Utica College, Quinnipiac University, Empire State College, Chamberlain University, and Thomas Edison State University. Last but certainly not least, continuing education (CE) courses will now be covered under our professional development reimbursement policy. We also have new partnerships that provide discounted continuing education. Pedagogy is a nurse owned online education classroom that provides accredited continuing education courses and health care resources. The ANA has also partnered with us in providing a discount for all their certification prep and leadership online courses.
