We would like to further our appreciation for referrals by implementing the Referral Rewards Tier Program. This allows active employees to earn additional funds as they continue to refer employees to the team. 

 

Program Details

Davin Healthcare Workforce Solutions, Inc. believes one of the best sources of new talent is the networks of our current staff, who already exude our core values. That's why we encourage our staff to invite their friends and associates to join our clinical team through our Clinical Referral Program.

Effective March 1, 2022, we would like to further our appreciation for referrals by implementing the Referral Rewards Tier Program. This allows active employees to earn additional funds as they continue to refer employees to the team. Please see the tier breakdown in figure 1.

Please note: this program is an extension of our Referral Rewards Policy and all eligibility requirements remain the same: for instance, the referee must complete a minimum 13-week assignment with acceptable evaluations for contract to include in the referral tier headcount.

This tier-based bonus is paid in addition to the regular referral bonus and is paid out with each referral within the tier. For instance, if an active employee referred five employees and four of those caregivers have completed their contracts, the employee would receive a tier-based bonus of $250.00 for each of the four referrals (in addition to the regular $1000.00 referral bonus). After the 5th caregiver completes their 13-week assignment, the employee would then move to Level 2 and receive a $500.00 tier-based bonus for the 5th referral (in addition to the regular $1000.00 referral bonus).


Timeline and Program Eligibility

An employee’s accrual tier ranking will remain active for the duration of the caregiver’s employment. Should an employee be inactive for greater than 90 days, the tier would reset upon their return. Per diem referrals are not considered a referral in this Referral Tier Program. This policy is subject to at Davin Healthcare’s discretion.
